NEW YEARS EVER 2009

I spent a fabulous day out in Seven Sisters Manitoba. Lisa & Craig tied the knot. It was a very cold, clear day, but this couple didn't let the weather get them down. We managed to get some great pics outside, in the severe cold temperatures. I will admit, I had to throw on a second layer of sweat pants while out shooting in these temperatures. The girls were all prepared with some fun teal leggings, and muk luks. The poor boys on the other hand, yes they had their Tux's. But wowzers, do you know how thin those Tux Shoes are.. Thank goodness for the fire pit that was going to keep everyone a little bit warmer. Both the bride & groom were absolutely frozen, and we did require a few in house breaks to feel our bodies again. Now days later this couple is off in Mexico, and you know what, they probably have forgotten how cold we all really were, as they lay on a beach in a HOT climate. Congrats guys, enjoy your holiday, and again way to go on getting some outside images! All the best with the new year and marriage to you both!
