Brave The Shave "2010"

Tonight I witnessed one of the most caring, loving, brave acts of kindness. My cousin Tara and her boyfriend Glen along with 3 other members/employes/friends @ Curves "Southdale"shaved their heads to raise money for, and support breast cancer. My cousin shaved her head in memory of her grandmother. It was very emotional as the first few swipes of the shaver went through her hair. Not because the hair was falling to the floor, but the memories that went through each and every person who knew her grandma. Tara and Glen had the support of many family and friends. I am so honored and thankful I was able to be apart of such a wonderful event. Curves "southdale" raised close to 5000.00 for the cause! Way to go guys!
