A Wedding to Remember

I have to say, this will be one MEMORABLE wedding for me!

First it started with an email/inquiry for photography services from the bride. I had never in my life seen sooo many questions, about everything from what kind of cameras, to how do you dress for a wedding! I have to admit I didn't answer the email right away, I knew I had to have some time to sit down and work on it! But when I did, I received one right back and we scheduled a consult. We laughed over a coffee about the length and amount of questions, and discusses weddings plans! The day they were planning sounded amazing and gorgeous. Well everyone the day has come, and it was exactly when Jen and James told me it would be. James told me in the winter that their wedding day was going to be "HOT" They weren't kidding. Today in Winnipeg, was 31 degrees and 41 with the humidex. It was beyond hot, but that didn't get this couple down.. They toweled off their faces and kept on going! The ceremony and reception took place @ Pine Ridge Hollow in Bird Hill Park. Once again Pine Ridge put on a terrific function. The dinner was amazing, the tables gorgeous with all the decor. And the dances "EXCEPTIONAL". The bride and groom took dance lessons and captured their guests attention within seconds. The bridal party joined and shocked the crowd with "THRILLER" and then the Groom and Groomsmen surprised Jen with a choreographed dance JUST FOR HER. This reception was a whole lot of dancing, and I had a blast! I had a hard time not joining the group for the wedding ritual of CADILLAC RANCH... My toes were tapping, my camera shaking, which is pretty obvious in a few shots! Anyways, I will stop the chatter. Take a look @ a few pics from their wedding.
